Terms of Service

Last updated July 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Meridian (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Meridian lets you create a public homepage and Meridian links that either route visitors by rules you set — sending them to a website, a native app, or a page you build that can run split tests and capture input — or serve a page you build. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create links or pages that:

You are solely responsible for your links, your page content, and any data you collect from your visitors, and for complying with the laws that apply to you as its controller. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is offered at no cost. Pro is a recurring subscription (currently $19/month) billed through our payment provider, Polar. It renews automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time and retain Pro until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. Prices may change on prospective notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display it to operate the Service.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
